The SPC5 family of 32-bit automotive microcontrollers is designed for a wide range of automotive applications, from gateways, electric vehicles, and ADAS to engine and transmission control, body, chassis, and safety.
Based on the Power PC Architecture, the SPC5 microcontroller offers up to three cores running at 200 MHz with a junction temperature of 165°C.

The SPC5 microcontroller is designed according to the automotive AEC-Q100 standard and has the following features:

  • Safety: Meets ASIL-D standards
  • Data security: Secure key storage with hardware acceleration (HSM), compliant with Evita and SHE standards.
  • Operating temperature: Guaranteed to be between -40°C and 165°C (TJ) throughout the entire operation process
  • Data integrity: up to 10 MB of ECC Flash memory, up to 250,000 erase and write cycles, enabling data retention in high temperature environments
  • Communications: CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN, DSPI and FlexRay
